Julie blames Bill Cosby. His "Lights Out - the Chicken Heart" routine prompted her to buy a Lights Out LP at a second hand store one day, then listen to it with - yes - The Lights Out. From then, she was hooked on Old Time Radio. Julie writes, acts, and produces her own show, 19 Nocturne Boulevard, sometimes enlisting the talents and performers of ART.
